This agreement is between you, the client, and Cognocube. In this agreement, Cognocube is referred to as we, us, or our. By accepting a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We will optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of achieving the ranking outcome stated in your signed proposal: either a top-three ranking in Google Maps or a first-page Google ranking for the agreed target area and primary keyword within 90 days.

Build a strategic review generation system.
Weekly post planning, including content strategy.
Competitive analysis and clear positioning in the local market.
Weekly ranking reports and progress updates.
Ongoing support, optimization, and adjustments throughout the 90 days.
We need secure access to your Google Business Profile and website. We will notify you before making major changes. Once payment is complete, we will send detailed instructions for providing access to everything required.
90-Day Guarantee
If Cognocube does not achieve the agreed ranking outcome - a top-three Google Maps ranking or first-page Google ranking, whichever applies under the signed proposal - within 90 days, we will refund all service fees paid during the initial 90-day engagement. The agreed target area, primary keyword, applicable ranking goal, and pricing will be recorded in the signed proposal. The 90-day period begins once we receive the required access to your Google Business Profile and website.
During our engagement, Cognocube will not serve another business in the same industry and agreed target area.
After the agreement is accepted and signed, you will receive an invoice for the price stated in your proposal.
